At WOODSTONESTEELBONE we value our customers satisfaction. Our friendly staff is available to communicate with you via email to answer any questions you may have about our art products, or shipping methods.

In the very rare case that any damage should occur to an art piece during shipping, we will review and evaluate the repair needed and only then would consider an exchange or refund.

We cannot assume responsibility for any damage that occurs over time, from exposure to the elements or from customer neglect.

We use a secure third-party banking service to verify payment, so your banking information is always protected.  We will contact you after your purchase was completed successfully via email if we need to arrange alternative shipping such as delivery or pick-up.
